Vetting and Checking Process, tailored for Australian Schools.
We understand that finding the right educator is essential to the success of any school. That’s why we take the vetting process seriously. Our recruitment team rigorously screens all potential candidates to ensure that the educators we place are highly qualified, passionate, dependable, and a great fit for your community.

Some procedures include the below.
Teacher Registration
All teachers hold current registration with the relevant state or territory teaching authority (e.g., VIT in Victoria).
Identity Verification
Identification is confirmed using an official photo ID, such as a passport or driver’s license
Certification Check
Copies of relevant certification, e.g. First Aid, Child Safety eLearning, AustSwim etc.;
Reference Validation
Two independent referees are contacted, including one from the most recent teaching role or placement.
Resume Screening
Applicants undergo thorough resume checks to ensure qualifications and experience align with role requirements.
Record Clearance
All teachers complete a criminal history check, validated through the DE screening process.
Overseas Candidate
International applicants must hold valid registration to be eligible to teach in Australia .
